Calmer mind.
Better decisions.
Mindfulness and stress management for companies
-
I help people manage pressure, restore focus and keep a clear head in demanding work environments.
-
Practical workshops and courses combining mindfulness, attention training, breathwork and techniques to regulate the nervous system.

A mind that never truly rests cannot work at its best
Capable, committed people can often keep going under considerable pressure for a long time.
The question is: at what cost?
Over time, stress can drain our energy and make it harder to concentrate, step back from a problem and see new possibilities.
Sometimes, we don’t need to think harder. We need to create space for a better solution to emerge.
What would your working day look like with…
More calm under pressure
Simple tools to manage stress and return to a calmer state throughout the working day.
Greater focus
The ability to notice when your attention drifts and consciously bring it back to what matters.
More perspective when making decisions
A chance to step out of automatic reactions and create space between what happens and how you respond.
More creativity
An opportunity to ease constant analysis and give your mind space to connect ideas in new ways.
Better awareness of your limits
Recognise the signs of overload before you spend too long pushing beyond your capacity. Working within sustainable limits creates room to build resilience over time.
Better emotional regulation
Manage difficult emotions and respond with greater composure, including during challenging conversations.

A clearer head for everyday work
Mindfulness can be applied directly at work:
-
Before an important meeting.
-
When you feel stuck on a problem.
-
When your workload feels overwhelming.
-
When you need to make a decision.
-
When you notice that stress is driving your reactions.
During the programme, you’ll try short practices designed to help you settle your mind and release tension in just a few minutes, right in the middle of your working day.
"The sessions with Robert brought me balance in my energy levels, calm and reduced overthinking. I also feel a great relaxation of stiff parts of the body" Daniel Čmelík, deputy mayor of the city of Kyjov
What the research says
Mindfulness is a well-researched approach to managing stress.
A 2026 meta-analysis covering 132 randomised studies found positive outcomes in areas including stress, wellbeing, resilience and sleep.
Research also suggests that mindfulness may support attention, emotional regulation, decision-making and creative thinking.
“My head feels clearer now. As though there’s more space in it.”
Martina Holková, Freelance Educator

A programme shaped around your team’s needs
A development team, a management team and people in customer-facing roles each face different challenges.
Before we work together, we’ll discuss:
-
What is putting the most pressure on your team.
-
What you would like the programme to achieve.
-
How much time you have available.
-
How to make the programme useful and practical for your people.
Sessions can take place at your workplace, online or at my studio in central Brno.
All programmes are available in English or Czech. I also lead international mindfulness courses and work with participants from different countries and backgrounds.
